is now Brimrock US LLC

In September 2009, The Brimrock Group Inc. of Calgary, Alberta, and Martin Integrated Sulfur Systems LLC, of Kilgore, Texas, announced the formation of a joint venture, which resulted in the rebranding of Martin Integrated Sulfur Systems LLC to Brimrock US LLC. This joint venture combines the strength and market position of two industry leaders and offers a new generation of sulfur technologies and services to the international oil and gas industry.

The new generation of sulfur technologies includes the PrillMax® wet prill sulfur forming technology, now being marketed and supported by the joint venture. The Brimrock Group and Brimrock US LLC also offer consulting services related to sulfur processing, facility design and technical operations for the domestic and international sulfur industry.
